Privacy at BecomingIQ

This policy covers the BecomingIQ eBook site at becomingiq.net, including signups first made at trainwithcoachiq.com. Moving our domains does not change how we handle existing signup information, and it doesn’t remove earlier privacy commitments. The site is operated by BECOMINGIQ LLC, a New York limited liability company. Coach IQ’s personal coaching site at trainwithcoachiq.com is a separate site with its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join the interest list, we collect your name, email address, and whether you chose to receive BecomingIQ updates, fitness tips, and newsletters. This choice is optional; you can sign up without it. If you answer the five questions, we also save your answers about goals, training experience, movements, equipment, and available training days.
How we use it
We use this information to maintain your interest-list signup, understand where you are starting, and contact you about BecomingIQ in connection with your signup. If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may also send program updates, fitness tips, and newsletters. The questions help show a suggested beginner or intermediate starting track. You do not need to answer them to preview the offers, but all five are required to be considered for the limited Founding 10 offer while it is available.
Resuming your signup
We place an essential, secure browser cookie to recognize your signup if you return in the same browser. It expires after 180 days. We do not use this cookie for advertising. To clear it from this browser, select “Start with another email address” on the signup flow or clear this site’s cookies in your browser. A cookie set when you signed up at trainwithcoachiq.com isn’t used on becomingiq.net. It ends on its own, or you can clear it in your browser.
Signup recovery
If your browser no longer recognizes your signup, Coach IQ may personally confirm your signup and give you a single-use recovery code that stops working after 72 hours. Entering it places the signup cookie in that browser until the original 180 days from your signup end; it doesn’t extend that time. We store a code hash, not the code itself, linked to your signup, with its expiry and the time it was used. We use this only to restore your signup.
Services involved
The site stores signups, survey answers and signup-recovery records with its hosting provider, Cloudflare. We also keep an encrypted copy of signups and survey answers on a computer controlled by BecomingIQ’s owner. Cloudflare’s security features may add a small script and a security cookie to help tell people from automated traffic. We don’t use these for advertising. The checkout shown on our site is a preview; we do not collect payment details or charge you there.
Signup help by voicemail
If you call the signup help number and leave a voicemail, we use the details you share to respond to your signup question. The voicemail is handled through Google Voice, separately from this website.

To ask about information you submitted or request its removal, email hello@trainwithcoachiq.com. We may need to confirm that you control the address before changing or removing its records.
